Akshay Kumar is currently enjoying a dream run at the box office. After starting the year with 'Kesari' and then re-writing records with 'Mission Mangal', Akshay's third film of the year is now on its way to emerge as his next big film at the box office. After witnessing an impressive pre-Diwali weekend, 'Housefull 4' has recorded the biggest day of the year for collections with a massive Monday.
The film excelled at mass centers with some circuits showing growth, which was five times more than Sunday. The Farhad Samji directorial which features an ensemble cast has broken many records on Monday.

As per the latest report on the Boxofficeindia.com, on Monday, the film has managed to rake in an estimated total of Rs 34.25 crore on its fourth day at the box office. The film has managed to collect a total of Rs 85 crore in just four days at the box office.
The fourth-day collections are also the highest single-day collections ever for an Akshay Kumar starrer. His previous best was his last year's '2.0' (Hindi), which collected Rs 33.2 crore, also on its fourth day. It is also the single highest day ever for a comedy film beating the Rs 30.10 crore of 'Golmaal Again' which released in 2017.

'Housefull 4' has also recorded the third-highest Monday of time after 'Bahubali - The Conclusion' and 'Tiger Zinda Hai.' The film also becomes the third film ever to hit the Rs 30 crore mark on a Monday. Here is the list of top 10 highest grossing Mondays of all time -

Directed by Farhad Samji, ‘Housefull 4’ boasts of an ensemble star cast that includes, Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Kharbanda, Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. The film is the fourth installment of the hit comedy franchise. The film hits the screens on October 25 and clashed at the box office with Rajkummar Rao's 'Made In China' and Taapsee Pannu-Bhumi Pednekar's 'Saand Ki Aankh'.
